At Tulpalav, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. As many of our creations are made to order and involve intricate artisanal craftsmanship, we encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and should you require any assistance, our team will be happy to guide you through the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, provided production has not commenced.
To request a cancellation, please contact us with:

Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible as every garment is individually handcrafted.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
However, return requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product received
- Product damaged during transit
Any return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
Return requests are subject to review and approval by our customer experience team.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges in cases where a product has a verified manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
For sizing-related concerns, we recommend contacting us before placing your order, as our team is happy to assist with measurements and customization.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Alteration Services
As part of our commitment to craftsmanship, we offer complimentary alteration support for up to 30 business days after delivery.
For international customers, shipping charges associated with alterations will be borne by the customer.

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country.
- Import duties, customs charges and local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
